Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Let's Raise It (operated by Raise it LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company; collectively "we," "our," or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

Description of Service

Let's Raise It is an AI-powered fundraising platform designed for schools, teams, and community organizations. We provide tools to create campaigns, collect donations, and manage fundraising activities.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform
• One person or organization may not maintain multiple accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading campaigns
• Collect donations for illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

SMS Messaging

If you choose to opt in to SMS messaging from Let's Raise It (Raise it LLC), you do so by checking a separate, non-pre-checked consent box on the donation form, signup form, or other applicable opt-in surface. SMS opt-in is not a condition of donating, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and informational SMS messages, which may include donation receipts, campaign updates, milestone announcements, opt-in confirmations, and (where consent is also given for marketing categories) promotional content related to a specific fundraising campaign.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages for that campaign. You may also text STOP to cancel at any time.

We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS service provider. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent records with third parties for marketing.

Fees and Payments

• Donations are processed through Stripe
• Funds are held until the organizer connects a bank account
• Payouts are typically processed within 2-3 business days
• We reserve the right to withhold funds if fraud is suspected

Campaign Guidelines

• Campaigns must have a legitimate fundraising purpose
• Campaign descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Organizers must use funds as described in their campaign
• We may remove campaigns that violate our guidelines

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Let's Raise It and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Let's Raise It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the past twelve months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts will be processed according to our standard procedures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
